Irving M. Fogel founded Fogel & Associates, Inc. in 1969 and disbanded it in 2007. He has served as a construction consultant and litigation consultant to owners, both public and private; contractors; attorneys; suppliers; insurance companies; and surety companies in the United States and overseas.He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from I.I.T. in 1954 and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in 17 states. He has managed the design and construction of projects worldwide. He has acted as a consultant to attorneys in preparation for litigation and assisted them during the litigation process, testifying when it has been deemed advisable.

" One disputed item is fees for experts Irving M. Fogel and William J. Palmer. The testimony of each was crucial for the resolution of the case, both to the establishment of causation and nature of the damage and the understanding by the jury of the weeks of testimony by non-expert witnesses." 

The order was issued after our client prevailed in a multi-million dollar case. The Circuit Court upheld the verdict and approved the order of retaxation. 


"Fogel She thought that Fogel's testimony was one of the highlights of the case because he was so witty and not intimidated by Mr. Reiss or the Judge. His use of the contract encouraged the jurors to do the same in defending positions taken by those supporting the defendant in the jury room. She thought that his approach was both experienced, logical and humorous.
